Waffle Congratulations to Sue Hands, who has won a Silver medal in the W60 class at the World Masters in Portugal, a fantastic achievement, particularly considering the fact that she is only just recovering from breaking her ankle last October. At the same event, Keith Henderson was the first Brit home in 11th position in M65, having previously won his qualifying heat the day before. There were just over 200 W60's and almost 300 M65's competing at the event.

Rollins 67.01 How quickly can you visit all the controls (including the six new, technical ones) on the Moors Valley permanent course. Will we offer a prize for the fastest time? The rules are on the CompassSport website - all controls to be visited in any order you choose - all posts to be touched. Let me know how you get on and we will publish a list of the best performances.
Child protection At the September 2004 WIM Committee meeting, it was recorded in the minutes that the club had adopted the BOF Child Protection Policy. Wimborne Orienteers is intent that children and vulnerable adults will find orienteering a safe environment in which to have fun, learn and develop. The Club will do this by adopting and promoting the British Orienteering Federation Policy on Protecting Young and Vulnerable People. last Updated
