The planners were both far away, Jane Smith in Scotland and Karen in Sweden, just in case.
The SI team coped with the pressure of getting 240 names on the computer system within an hour, and this year nobody kicked the electricity supply cable, so the download worked all the time, (except when the souped-up Type 6 SI cards of the British squad gave the computer indigestion).
One request - next year the SI team would like you to arrive in alphabetical order, which would make our jobs just that bit simpler.
